Dress Code
Like any prestigious golf club in the world, Emirates Golf Club
has its own Dress Code requirements. While on Golf Club
premises, all members and visitors must maintain a reasonably
conservative standard of dress, and dres in proper golf attire
while on the course. All patrons should dress in a manner that is
inoffensive to others.
Here are our basic Dress Code requirements:
Golf Courses, Driving Ranges and Practice Greens

GENTLEMEN
Tailored trousers or shorts are required. T-shirt with collar and
sleeves is required and must be worn inside the trousers or shorts
at all times. Mock neck golf shirts are permitted. Tailored shorts
with side pockets are permitted.
The following are not acceptable:-
• Denim
• Poolwear
• Cargo & combat style trousers/shorts
• Athletic attire (including football/soccer shirts)
• National Dress
LADIES
Golf shirts or blouses are required. Golf trousers, shorts or
skirts are required. Ladies round neck golf T-shirts are
permitted.
The following are not acceptable:-
• Dress shirts
• Denim
• Poolwear
• Athletic attire
• National Dress
FOOTWEAR
Golf shoes with soft spikes or flat-soled training shoes are
required. Socks are required.
The following are not acceptable:-
• Shoes with metal spikes
• 'Open' shoes
• Golf sandals
DINING

Spike
Bar, Spike Bar Terrace and M's restaurant
GENTLEMEN
Shoes and tailored trousers are required. Denim jeans are
permitted.
The following are not acceptable:-
• Sleeveless T-shirts (singlets)
• Collarless T-shirts
• Poolwear
• Athletic attire
LADIES
The following are not acceptable:-
• Poolwear
• Athletic attire
Le Classique
Lunch
Spike Bar dress code applies with the exception of shorts,
that are not acceptable
Evening
GENTLEMEN
Shirt, tailored trousers and shoes are required. Jacket is
preferred.
The following are not acceptable:-
• T-shirts
• Shorts
• Denim including jeans*
• Sports shoes, open shoes, sandals
• 3/4 length "Capri" trousers
*Jeans are only permitted during
Weekend Brunch
LADIES
Smart elegant
CHILDREN
Children below 13 years are not permitted to dine in Le
Classique
Note: None of the above precludes
the wearing of National Dress in any area of the
Clubhouse
