Growing Demand for Boats As Dubai Economy Continues Expansion
Dubai Creek Marina will host the eighth annual Dubai Pre-Owned Boat Show, featuring top-class vessels alongside the brand new Lobster Fest for foodie fans.
The Dubai Pre-Owned Boat Show is nearly here, as the annual festival celebrating maritime pursuits returns on Thursday, 9th November until Saturday, 11th November.
Boat fans will be able to explore a range of crafts including the Riva 68 by ART Marine, the Riviera 60 by SF Yachts, and the Dufour 412 Grand Large. The eighth annual event will showcase a wide variety of vessels for sale, some up to the value of AED 6 million.
The United Arab Emirates has approximately 5000 berths for yachts, with projects including the Dubai Harbour, Dubai Canal and the Port Rashid Marina only set to add to the availability of yachting spots in the region. With more affordable opportunities to berth yachts and people rediscovering boat ownership, the Dubai Pre-Owned Boat Show will offer a new chance to find a vessel, at a range of prices to suit different needs.

This year the Dubai Pre-Owned Boat Show is complemented by LobsterFest; a delicious parallel event where guests can enjoy a range of lobster dishes from just AED 45. There will also be a range of family friendly activities from face painting to bouncy castles, an interactive petting zoo, soft play areas and balloon activities. There will also be yoga sessions on Friday and Saturday from 4pm for all age ranges on The Lawn.
The 2017 Dubai Pre-Owned Boat Show is open from 4pm to 9pm on Thursday, 9th November, and from 12 pm to 9 pm on Friday, 10th and Saturday, 11th November. Entry to the show is free of charge, although some activities may have nominal fees.
