Welcome 2026 with a relaxed and memorable New Year’s Day Lunch at carine, where refined French-Mediterranean flavours meet a warm and inviting setting overlooking the greens of Emirates Golf Club.

On 1 January 2026 from 12PM, gather with family and friends and enjoy an award-winning à la carte menu, complemented by festive creations curated specially for the season. Expect dishes such as Whole Roasted Chicken with Périgueux Sauce, Foie Gras and Truffle, Lamb Rack with Winter Vegetables, and Wagyu Beef Filet with Bordelaise Sauce.

Advance reservations are recommended. When making your reservation, please provide the number of adults and children, your preferred dining time and your preferred seating.

- 1–4 adults: Credit card details are required to secure the booking.
- 5–9 adults: AED 1,000 deposit required to secure the booking.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, AED 100 per person will be charged to the provided card or the deposit will be retained.
