Bussola, Jumeirah Golf Estates Launches ‘Brunchissimo’ to Welcome the New Season
Families and groups are invited to immerse in the sun-kissed flavours of Italy at Bussola’s new season brunch, Brunchissimo. Inspired by the rich culinary traditions of the Mediterranean, this vibrant dining experience is designed with convivial sharing in mind.
The culinary journey begins with an array of starters served at your table, including creamy burrata, golden-fried fritti, cured meats, oysters, salads and quiche. Next comes a trio of fresh-from-the-oven pizzas, with your choice of vegetarian, pork or white varieties followed by chef’s choice pastas and main course with beef, lamb, poultry, seafood or vegetarian favourites. To finish, live la dolce vita with classic desserts of tiramisu, caneloni, crème brulee, chocolate cake and sliced fruits.
Guests will be serenaded by live entertainment throughout the brunch as little ones are kept busy in the kids’ corner, whilst dining to the picturesque backdrop of the golf course’s lush greenery.
