Terms & Conditions (Before Purchase)

  1. The Rolling Membership requires a minimum commitment of four (4) consecutive months before a cancellation request can be made.
  2. Members are required to complete the Secure Auto Pay setup via Net-Work Solutions to enable automated monthly billing (minimum four-month cycle).
  3. Monthly payments will be automatically processed on the 1st and or 7th of each calendar month.
  4. Membership Cancellation requests can only be submitted after the 4th month and must be communicated to the Viya Fit Reception by the 25th of the month to ensure billing is stopped for the following cycle.
  5. Members are required to review and accept the full Viya Fit Rolling Membership Terms & Conditions prior to purchase.

Terms & Conditions (After Purchase)

  1. Members must visit Viya Fit+ Mina Seyahi in person to complete the membership activation process.
  2. A valid Emirates ID must be presented at the time of activation for verification purposes.
  3. During activation, members are required to review, acknowledge, and sign the Viya Fit Rolling Membership Terms & Conditions.
  4. All benefits associated with the rolling membership will only become active once the activation process is fully completed.

Additional Membership Policy

  1. Rolling Membership benefits are a one-time offer and will expire at the end of the fourth month of the initial membership period.
  2. Renewing the same Rolling Membership will not reactivate the initial benefits. To regain access to membership benefits, members must purchase a different membership type.
