Damjan Murgelj

Damjan fell in love with golf at the age of 13 in his small Slovenian village. After becoming a qualified PGA Slovenia member in 2000, he pursued both teaching and competing worldwide. Over 24 years, he has helped golfers improve their game, including coaching 26 juniors—some of whom joined Slovenia’s national team and U.S. colleges.
He has worked with the Slovenian National Team, served as a head pro and National Coach in Serbia, and moved to Dubai in 2018 as a private coach. In 2024, he joined Emirates Golf Club. Known for his expertise in short game and irons, Damjan views golf as a game that teaches patience, resilience, and life lessons.
