Carine celebrates the joyous Christmas season with an exclusive winter wonderland theme, dazzling live entertainment and a special festive menu. Curated by Chef Izu and his culinary team, diners are invited to indulge in a memorable evening of epicurean specialties, infused with the Christmas spirit.
For Christmas Eve dinner, guests can enjoy soulful and engaging tones of La Loop Duo, a band has been serenading guests with their upbeat tunes, captivating vocals, and their delightful personalities. On Christmas day, La Loop Duo will continue mesmerizing guests with their symphonic melodies and foot-tapping rhythms, DJ Sy will take over the evening entertainment and create an uplifting journey with his combination of pop and 80s music.
Alongside the dazzling entertainment, guests can relish in Carine’s Festive Specials. To begin with a light and refreshing dish, diners can indulge in the vibrant and flavorsome Mountain Tomato with goat cheese salad. The Foie Gras Terrine with homemade balsamic reduction, served with cherry chutney and toasted brioche makes for the perfect appetizer. For sharing, guests can opt for the gorgeous seafood platter; available in two sizes, this generous, tiered platter features the finest caviar, shucked oysters & fresh lobster amongst other fishy delights. For mains, diners can enjoy a succulent Whole Rack of Lamb with herb crust, served with delicious lamb jus and perfectly roasted vegetables. Those with a sweet palate will delight in the Salted Chocolate Caramel with Malt Ice Cream.
