Begin the evening with the much-loved Burrata et tomates cerises, Poivron et pesto - a vibrant salad made from farm-fresh cherry tomatoes, crisp bell peppers, and freshly made basil pesto, topped with creamy burrata.

For the main course, savour the delicate flavours of Pétoncles Poêlées, Sauce au Beurre et à l‘algue - perfectly seared scallops, enriched with a velvety seaweed butter sauce for a harmonious balance of richness and freshness. Meat lovers can delight in Côtes de veau mijotées et Sauce Bordelaise - a slow-cooked veal rib, braised for hours to achieve melt-in-the-mouth tenderness, complemented by a Bordelaise sauce for an unforgettable depth of flavour.
