Emirates Golf Club’s hottest new venue ‘carine’ now open for lunch service
Celebrating its official launch on 20 March, carine Dubai – by Chef Izu Ani - is already delighting diners with its evening menu of French inspired Mediterranean cuisine that will now be available during Thursday, Friday and Saturday lunch from 12-3pm.
Diners can choose to dineà l'air fraison the outlets vast terrace that doles out fabulous views of Emirates Golf Club and Dubai’s iconic marina silhouette or in the chic restaurant that boasts floor to ceiling windows flooding the outlet with light.
Lightness is something that Chef Izu Ani aspires to with his cooking too; using the freshest, simplest ingredients, his philosophy is one that allows the natural flavours to sing.
With the restaurant’s warm, happy feel, coupled with Chef Izu’s feel-good food, carine will become a regular hangout for a variety of guests, from groups of friends and families, to couples looking for a secluded spot on the terrace.
