Terms & Conditions:

  • A maximum of one lesson per day is allowed per participant.
  • All lessons must be booked at least 24 hours in advance by calling (04) 586 7750 or emailing JGEAcademy@dubaigolf.com. Lessons will not be accepted if not booked within this period.
  • The programme is non-refundable, non-transferable. Extension is not permitted unless a valid medical certificate is submitted in the case of injury or fracture.
  • The package cannot be placed on hold due to personal schedules or travel plans.
  • Please check in with the reception team prior to each lesson to ensure that only confirmed participants are attending.
  • Group size is limited to 8 participants, each allowed up to 30 minutes of practice at the academy before or after their lesson.
  • A shuttle service will depart from the car park 10 minutes before the scheduled lesson time. Please ensure timely arrival to catch the shuttle.
  • If you miss the shuttle, please wait at the shuttle collection point and message the academy via WhatsApp at 052 650 6226. The shuttle will return to pick you up.
  • Complimentary club hire is available on lesson days.
  • Special Get Into Golf practice rates and club hire are available at the main driving range, which can be purchased through our Pro Shop.
  • After your first lesson, 4 additional bookings must be made. Once all 4 lessons are completed, you may book the next 4.
  • Participants must be new to golf and 18 years or older.
  • Booking amendments or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to give way to other GIG participants.
  • Lessons are subject to availability.
  • The second session of the Get Into Golf  programme must be started within 1 month of completing your first session. If you are unable to complete the three-month programme consecutively, you may sign up for our Get Into Golf – Graduation Package.
