This delicious plant-based dish presents a mix of extravagant ingredients. As fragrant and delicious as it is, this dish presents a sweet, fork-tender white asparagus topped with a generous amount of black truffle and fresh herbs.

Asperges blanches garni avec croûte d’herbes et truffe is priced at AED 130 per dish and is available daily.
