Bussola at Jumeirah Golf Estates invites guests to experience an exclusive three-course dinner menu for Dubai Restaurant Week, running from 1 – 17 May 2026. Celebrating Italy’s authentic culinary heritage, the restaurant offers a refined dining experience that pairs traditional recipes with contemporary flair.

With a choice of main dishes for the most discerning gourmet, guests can relish a sumptuous three-course meal from a beautifully bespoke dinner menu for AED 250 during Dubai Restaurant Week. 

The culinary journey begins with a choice of starters between a Vitello Tonnato in a tuna caper sauce, Sicilian Gambero Rosso with chilli and lemon, or a classic Burrata served with heritage tomato salad and balsamic.

For the main course, guests can select from a Linguine all’Astice with fresh lobster and cherry tomato bisque, a grilled Black Angus ribeye with rocket and pepper sauce, or a Risotto ai Funghi with truffle.

To conclude the evening, the dessert selection offers a traditional Tiramisu with mascarpone cream or a decadent Tortino al Cioccolato lava cake served with vanilla ice cream.
